We are so used to trying to be perfect at everything we do for the sake of other's opinions, ethics, and morals, but we have to focus more on the understanding that nobody knows us but us!
Whenever you are writing, especially when it comes to drafting and pre-writing, you must type fluently and not worry about the editing and modifying. We cannot focus on trying to go ahead of ourselves to appeal to the audience because there is a difference between a target audience and a general audience. As a writer, worry about getting something down that focuses on your thoughts, the topic, or maybe the question you may have to answer.
Why force the editing in the beginning when you don't even know how it will end?
Let your unconscious mind take over with thoughts and ideas, almost as if you're writing a journal about your life and yourself. I have always stated that if you ever pause while you're typing or writing something, you're overthinking and worrying more about it, and that should be the last thing on your mind. Don't ever put yourself in a frustrating position between your conscious and unconscious mind. We think without forcefully what we genuinely mean- this is almost to when we say something without thinking before we have said it.
However, the most important lesson here is that you should go with your first instinct and stop overthinking what people may think of your writing. You should leave the worry of others to afterward and not during you putting things down. Let edits be the last thing on your consciousness and let your thoughts speak on your papers as you continuously write.
You can't expect great work if it's not generated from the soul.
