Sometimes we have to look back at the instances and experiences of where it all started to move on into the future. It is okay to look around for the right reasons. It is okay to feel as though you cannot take that next step until you back-track. We question whether or not we should leave the past where it is at, but how can you do that when you feel the need to analyze the history to face comfortability in the future? Do you have the strengths to face your past struggles and traumas?
Do you have the forces to not only move on for yourself but move on for the next individual that comes into your life or causes a drastic change? When we write, we can back-track old techniques and systems that worked for us, but not for others, but those same techniques and methods made you into the individual you are today. Those same traumas and struggles made you into the person you are today. It is up to you whether or not you stay in that back-track; it is up to you whether or not you back-track but fast forward into a better you, or back-track and stay in that era in the life that hurt you, pushed you, and possibly broke you. Where do you want to be in life? Do you envision your future? Use back-tracking to trace back your steps so that you can create a NEW pathway for you.
